1. The innovative gear transmission device features a core zero-structure composed of a circumference fixed tooth roller, movable tooth album, and transmission shaft, set on a sturdy base frame. Power is efficiently transmitted from the middle motor's triangular belt wheel through intermediate decelerating gears, activating the fixed tooth rollers. These, in turn, propel the movable tooth rollers into action, ensuring synchronized motion and effective material extrusion.
2. This model employs two low-speed motors. Power is transmitted via the triangle belt wheel to the fixed teeth, setting the motion for the fixed teeth series. Meanwhile, the activity teeth of the pulley operate in a series of positive and negative rotations, ensuring comprehensive material extrusion with every cycle.
