Our factory specializes in producing lifting crushers with a complete range of specifications. The structural features are tailored to different models and designed with two main drive systems: the tooth I drive device and the belt direct drive device.
1. The core structure of the gear transmission device includes essential components such as the circumference fixed tooth roller, movable tooth album, transmission shaft, body, base frame, black race, and long gear black race. Power is transmitted from the central motor via a triangular belt wheel through a set of intermediate decelerating gears, causing the circumference fixed tooth rollers to turn. This, in turn, propels the movable tooth rollers into action, resulting in relative motion and material extrusion.
2. Powered by two low-speed motors, the fixed teeth receive transmission through the triangle belt wheel. This series of fixed and active teeth engages in positive and negative rotations, effectively extruding materials.
