1. The core gear transmission structure is intricately composed of a circumferentially fixed tooth roller, a movable tooth album, transmission shaft, body, base frame, black race, long gear black race, among other components. Power is efficiently transmitted through a triangular belt wheel from the central motor. This energy is then relayed through intermediate decelerating gears, enabling the circumferentially fixed tooth rollers to rotate and interact with a pair of long gears on the fixed meat rollers, driving the movable tooth rollers into action. This results in a dynamic and relative motion, effectively extruding materials.
2. Harnessing the power of two low-speed motors, each driving a triangular belt wheel, the system ensures the fixed teeth series, along with the active teeth series, engage in a synchronized positive and negative rotational movement. This precision rotation and extrusion process optimally manages materials, delivering consistent performance.
