At our factory, we offer a comprehensive range of lifting crushers with complete specifications. The structural features vary with different models, designed with two innovative mechanisms: the tooth I drive device and the belt direct drive device, catering to diverse operational needs.
1. The gear transmission device is ingeniously constructed from a circumference fixed tooth roller, movable tooth album, transmission shaft, body, base frame, black race, and long gear black race. The machine's power, derived from the triangular belt wheel of the central motor, is efficiently transferred through intermediate decelerating gears to induce motion in the fixed tooth rollers. This motion is further harnessed via long gears at the opposite end, driving the movable tooth rollers in a synchronized interplay, ensuring seamless extrusion and processing of materials.
2. Utilizing two low-speed motors, the machine effectively transmits power through a triangle belt wheel to engage the fixed teeth. This configuration enables the active teeth to align in a positive and negative direction, achieving a precise rotation and efficient material extrusion.
