Our factory specializes in producing lifting crushers with full specifications. The structural features vary according to different models, incorporating two distinct designs: the tooth I drive device and the belt direct drive device.
1. The principal gear transmission architecture includes a circumference fixed tooth roller, movable tooth album, transmission shaft, body, base frame, black race, long gear black race, etc. The machine's power transfers through the middle motor's triangular belt wheel and a pair of intermediate decelerating gears, causing the fixed tooth rollers to rotate explosively. Subsequently, a pair of long gears on the opposite side propels the movable tooth rollers, resulting in relative motion and effective material extrusion.
2. Dual low-speed motors convey power through the triangular belt wheel to the fixed teeth. The fixed teeth series enable the activity of the teeth of the pulley to rotate in a positive and negative direction, ensuring robust material extrusion.
