1. The core structure of the gear transmission device includes fixed circumference tooth rollers, movable tooth albums, transmission shafts, body, base frame, black races, and long gear black races. Power is expertly transmitted through the triangular belt wheel of the centrally located motor. This is complemented by intermediate decelerating gears, which facilitate the movement of circumference-fixed tooth rollers. The process is completed by a pair of long gears at the opposing end, effectively driving the movable tooth rollers into action, resulting in the precise extrusion of materials for maximum efficiency.
2. Powered by two low-speed motors, these motors transmit energy through the triangular belt wheel to the fixed teeth series. The dynamic teeth pulleys engage in a synchronized positive and negative rotation, creating an intense extrusion effect on materials, ensuring optimal crushing performance.
