Dryer is widely used for processing the materials in the areas of building materials, metallurgy, chemical, cement, slag, limestone, coal powder, clay. It is mainly composed by gyrator, materials feeding plate, gearing, support device and seal circle, etc. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect in workmanship, high production, low consump- tionand easy to operation.
· The cylinder self-insulation,thermalefficiency of up to 80 (single cylinder dryer thermal efficiency is only 35%), than the single cylinder drying coal saving 68%,the output is also relatively improved.
· The length of the whole machine is 60%shorter than that of the single cylinder dryer,which is conducive to the process layout.Reduce the building area of the plant and save about 40%of the project investment.
· The use of heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel plate,4 times wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate.Long ser- vice life,easy maintenance.
·High thermal efficiency,the outer cyinder temperature is below 60°C
(the outer cylinder temperature of the single cyl- inder dryer is up to 150°C), the outlet temperature is low,and the discharge temperature is below 60°C.
·The outlet temperature is low,is conducive to the useof dust removal equipment for a long time,can be directly sup- porting the air box pulse bag dust collector.
