Introducing our Double-tooth Roller Crusher, a marvel in medium and fine crushing tasks. It's ideal for materials like coke, coal, sandstone, shale, permafrost, glass, and asphalt, making it a versatile choice across mineral processing, construction, metallurgy, and coking industries.
Primarily crafted for crushing coke, carbon, and coal, this crusher excels with agglomerated chemical fertilizers and steel slags. Despite its compact footprint, it boasts a large crushing ratio of 5-8. Featuring low operational noise, simple structure, and ease of maintenance, it promises high productivity. The uniformity of particle size in crushed outputs is remarkable, while its design ensures low over-crushing rates. It's built to last, with easy repairability, sensitive overload protection, and dependable safety.
Our factory is proud to offer a wide array of lifting crushers, complete with various specifications to suit different needs. These crushers are ingeniously designed with two types of drive mechanisms: the precision-engineered tooth I drive device and the robust belt direct drive device.
1. The gear transmission's core structure includes elements such as the circumference fixed tooth roller, movable tooth assembly, transmission shaft, body, and base frame. The power from the central motor's triangular belt wheel is seamlessly transmitted through intermediate decelerating gears to cause the circumference fixed tooth rollers to rotate. Subsequently, long gears at the fixed rollers' other end propel the movable tooth rollers, resulting in efficient material extrusion.
2. Dual low-speed motors convey power through the triangular belt wheels to the fixed teeth setup. This results in the synchronized positive and negative rotation of the active teeth, ensuring thorough and effective material extrusion.
