1. The principal gear transmission structure comprises a fixed tooth roller, movable tooth assembly, transmission shaft, body, base frame, and various gear components. Power is delivered from the central motor's triangular belt wheel through intermediate deceleration gears, activating the fixed tooth rollers. This motion, in turn, drives the movable tooth rollers, ensuring efficient material extrusion through synchronized motion.
2. Dual low-speed motors convey power through triangular belt wheels to the fixed teeth. The fixed teeth series enables the active teeth pulley to perform a positive and negative rotational motion, effectively extruding the materials with precision.
